And saw a young child where seconds after going underwater. It went dark and I woke up to my mother in law which who isn't my actual fiance mother I didn't recognize her but she seemed unfazed about my death and I checked toes fingers ect and felt abscar on back of my neck and had incisions on my chest where they would be after embalming. I looked up and the baby girl was in a chair just watching me. I eventually went back up the mountain with my kiddo and it happened again except I died keeping my kid alive while teaching them about what to watch for and then that little kid I saw when going underwater popped in and I finally woke up from my dream and searched for this site as I have been on and off uncontrollably crying since.
Dreams can be deeply personal and often reflect our emotions, fears, and life experiences. Here’s an interpretation of the various elements in your dream:
Mountain Town: Mountains often represent challenges or obstacles in life. A small mountain town might symbolize a desire for simplicity or a retreat from the complexities of life. It can also represent a journey of self-discovery or growth.
Death and Resurrection: The recurring theme of death and coming back to life suggests a struggle with change or transformation. It may indicate feelings of loss—either related to your fiancé or other aspects of your life—that you are trying to process. This cycle of dying and coming back could symbolize resilience, adaptation, and the ability to overcome difficulties.
Feeling Empty: The sensation of having no heart or organs might reflect feelings of emptiness or a struggle with emotional vulnerability. It can be a metaphor for feeling disconnected from your emotions or a situation in your life.
Child and Mother-in-Law: The presence of the baby girl you wake up to could symbolize new beginnings, hope, or a manifestation of your nurturing instincts. The mother-in-law figure might represent support or guidance, even if she is not someone you recognize. She could also symbolize traditional roles or expectations you feel pressured by.
Choking and Drowning: These elements often signify feelings of being overwhelmed or suffocated by current circumstances. It may reflect anxiety or fears related to your relationships or responsibilities.
Teaching Your Child: This element can reflect your protective instincts and desire to prepare the next generation for life's challenges. The idea of “keeping your kid alive” while teaching them can symbolize the lengths to which you would go to protect those you love.
Interconnectedness of Life and Death: The repeated cycle of death and a focus on family—especially the child—may signify your understanding of life as a cycle, where loss and new beginnings are interconnected.
Emotional Release: Your feelings of uncontrollable crying upon waking could indicate that you’ve touched on deep feelings of grief, anxiety, or unresolved issues in your waking life. The dream may serve as a release of pent-up emotions.
Overall, this dream appears to reflect deep fears, struggles with change, and a strong instinct toward protecting and nurturing those you care about. It might be helpful to explore these feelings in your waking life, perhaps through journaling, talking to someone you trust, or seeking professional support if needed.
